Two Polish riders stood out at this year's notable female race: the 2025 Tour de France Femmes, with two of them finishing in top five. Katarzyna Niewiadoma-Phinney took 3rd place and Dominika Włodarczyk, representing Poland came home fourth, thus providing a solid demonstration of Polish cycling renaissance.

Niewiadoma-Phinney and Włodarczyk Finish Strong
Riding for Canyon/SRAM, Katarzyna Niewiadoma-Phinney finished the nine-stage race only four minutes and nine seconds behind France's Pauline Ferrand-Prevost who took first in 29:54.24. Demi Vollering of the Netherlands was second.
She boasts a track record of consistency as well, standing third in both 2022 and 2023, before winning the women's race with Niewiadoma-Phinney last year.
Another 24-year-old UAE Team ADQ Polish cyclist, Dominika Włodarczyk also did an amazing job. She finished fourth, a solid five minutes and 45 seconds behind the winner.
Milestone for Women's Cycling in Poland
It is a big success for Polish women's cycling this year — two of our athletes finished the race in highest places at one of the World's toughest events. Their impressive performances further underlined Poland's increasing influence on the world cycling scene.
