In an exclusive update, Nawrocki disclosed that Paweł Szefernaker will be his prime minister. Szefernaker, a representative of the politician generation, and Dębowski, who is apolitical but with great organizational skills. Dr. Rafał Leśkiewicz will be the presidential representative.

Hybrid of Political Experience and Civil Society
Karol Nawrocki stressed his professional experience in politics and his pro civili approach. Campaign rumors have been amusingly incorrect and I have carefully considered each appointment through thoughtful dialogue." He emphasized that his administration was going to be open to former longtime public servants just as much to new public servants who have already been working for the Polish state.

Key Roles Announced
The president-elect said that Szefernaker was an open leader, responsive to public opinion and had a good understanding of political process. Dębowski, Nawrocki's office director at the Institute of National Remembrance, was acclaimed for his expertise and non-politicised past. As far as the spokesman's job is concerned, Dr. Rafał Leśkiewicz was given the limelight for his bravery, scientific background, and successful past experience in handling the same position — albeit not in the political world.

The three additions to the staff are the first to come onboard to Nawrocki's presidential office, suggesting a desire to form a team with a mix of government experience and public service commitment.
