The woman reportedly walked up to the officers and demanded to talk to the prime minister, according to the spokesperson of the State Protection Service (SOP), Colonel BogusÅ‚aw Piórkowski. When she was told that he was not there at the moment, she went to the benches nearby, across the street.

Immediate Response by Security Services
An SOP officer saw the woman holding a canister, which caused suspicion that it was a hazardous substance. The emergency services were soon on the scene. They also found a lighter, prompting further safety fears.

Video from the scene later showed a red petrol canister with a black nozzle lying on the ground. The woman was subsequently rushed away in an ambulance, and experts are now examining the contents of the container.

Officials Confirm No Terrorist Intent
Interior Ministry spokesman Jacek Dobrzyński later said that a canister was found in the room, and it appears to have been "full of gasoline." He added that there was nothing to suggest the incident was terror-related, adding: "I want to make it clear this was not a terrorist attacker."

The woman's motives and what was inside the canister are still being probed by authorities.
