Poland Deports Nearly 180 Foreigners in One Week

According to the Polish Border Guard, during the week from December 15 to December 21, nearly 180 foreign nationals were requested to leave Poland voluntarily or were forcibly removed from Poland. This was part of Poland's immigration enforcement activities, as well as a measure to protect public safety.

Voluntary Departure
There were 27 cases of Belarusians and 21 cases of Moldovan citizens asked to leave Poland voluntarily, while 19 Georgians were also in this group. The majority of these individuals left without being forced. They complied with the request on their own.

Forced Deportation and Criminal Activity
The majority of forced deportations were of Ukrainians, with 24 individuals deported during this time period. Other deportations included 16 Georgians and 5 Colombians. According to authorities, individuals who had been forcibly removed from Poland include those who had been convicted of a variety of crimes, including robbery, possession of illegal drugs, aggravated assault, driving without a valid driver's license, and aiding and abetting illegal entry into Poland.
