As a result of the damage to these facilities, more than 220,000 users in the Sumy Oblast were left without electricity. That's hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families." He also confirmed that electricity had already been restored to most of the affected homes by Wednesday morning.

As Ukrainian and Russian delegations gathered in Istanbul for their third round of talks this year, Zelensky reiterated Ukraine's demand for a complete ceasefire. He emphasized the importance of ending attacks on civilian infrastructure and noted that Ukrainian representatives would press this issue during discussions.

According to reports, the primary objective of the Istanbul talks is to arrange a direct meeting between President Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
