Linda Klimovičová provided Poland the ideal start with a confident 6–2, 6–1 win over Elena Ruxandra Bertea, setting the tone for the rest of the tie. This was also Klimovičová's first singles win for Poland since gaining Polish citizenship last year. Doubles competitors Katarzyna Kawa and Martyna Kubka defeated their Romanian opponents 6–2, 6–3, finishing the qualifier with a perfect record. Earlier, Poland beat New Zealand by the same score, leaving Poland undefeated in Group B.

The team will now look to build on its successful 2024, where Poland made it to the semi-finals of the Billie Jean King Cup, losing narrowly to eventual champions Italy.
